Ute Bonanza - $20K of Prizes to be Won!

Entry

Entry into the Promotion is open to Australian residents over the age of 18. Offer is not available to government or fleet buyers. One SMG (including subsidiaries) staff and their immediate family are ineligible to enter.

Customers can receive up to five entries into the prize draw by completing the following activities at any One SMG dealership, excluding Dave Benson Caravans, during the promotion period, from 12:00am, 20^th of October to 11:59pm, 23^rd of November 2025:

1. Get a finance and insurance quote on a Ute – one entry.
2. Book and complete a test drive of a Ute – one entry.
3. Add accessories or aftermarket products to your Ute. Total spend must exceed $500 and products must be purchased at a participating dealership – one entry.
4. Purchase a Ute (new, demo or used) – one entry
5. After purchasing a Ute, book the vehicle in for its first service. This is the complimentary inspection for new vehicles, and the first scheduled service for demo and used vehicles – one entry.

Customers must fill out the entry form available at the dealership upon completion of their purchase, service, finance quote, or test drive to receive each ticket. Customers entering the Promotion give their consent to be contacted, and to receive marketing materials from the dealership at which they entered.

Prizes

Three prizes are available, and any entries will go into the prize draw for the period they were submitted in. All entries from the first 4 weeks of the draw will also be entered into the final Week 5 prize draw.

·         Week 1-2 (October 20^th – November 2^nd): $2,500 Total Tools voucher

·         Week 3-4 (November 3^rd – November 16^th): $5,000 Total Tools voucher

·         Week 5 (November 17^th – November 23^rd): $7,500 accessories (including fitting) + $5,000 cash

The vouchers will be emailed to the winners, and the cash will be transferred via EFT. Redemption of the Offer is subject to verification of the promotion steps outlined in the entry criteria and is at management discretion. The Offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. The prize vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and the offer is non-transferable.

The winner will accept all risks, losses, delays, errors or omissions that might occur in the course of delivery of the Offer.

Drawing

There will be three winners, drawn at random from entries submitted during each prize period across all eleven participating dealerships in SA, NSW and Victoria. Each prize will be drawn in the week following the entry period for that prize. The first tool voucher winner will be drawn at:

·         11am, Tuesday the 4^th of November 2025

The second tool voucher winner will be drawn at:

·         11am, Tuesday the 18^th of November 2025

The cash and accessories winner will be drawn at:

·         11am, Tuesday the 2^nd of December 2025

All drawings will take place at One SMG, 5/111 Gawler Pl, Adelaide SA 5000.

The winners will be notified winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw date. Winners will be contacted by phone and email. One SMG will undertake reasonable efforts make contact with the winners, however in the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of drawing, the prize will be forfeited. No redraws will take place.

The initial of the first name, full last name and the postcode of the winners will be published on the One SMG website (onesmg.au) within 30 days of the draw.

Record Keeping

The details provided by participants of the Promotion will be retained by One SMG for a period no less than 3 months after the draw.

All records relating to the Promotion, including records pertaining to the distribution of prizes and unclaimed goods, will be retained for a period no less than 3 months after the draw.

Cancellation

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
